2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) personalize your news feed and alerts; (b) deliver push notifications for events matching your preferences; (c) generate your pre-market briefing; (d) improve our AI classification and scoring models; (e) communicate service updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Tradar:

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management
  • Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions; we do not see or store your full card details
  • Supabase — Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
  • Vercel — Application hosting and serverless compute
  • Railway — Background workers (live transcription)
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI classification of news events; only public news content is sent, never your personal data

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (via Clerk) and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics trackers are embedded.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for service improvement.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) delete your account and all associated data; (d) export your preferences and watchlist; (e) opt out of push notifications at any time. Exercise these rights in Settings or by contacting us.

7. Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, your browser or device generates an encrypted endpoint URL and a public key, which we store so we can deliver alerts. We never see push content history once delivered, and you can revoke push at any time from your browser/OS settings or in Tradar Settings. Push tokens are deleted when you disable notifications or delete your account.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, encrypted database connections, and HMAC-signed webhooks. Passwords are never stored by Tradar — authentication is fully handled by Clerk.

9. Children

Tradar is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Operating Entity

Tradar is operated by Integrity Sales Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. Inquiries about your data, deletion requests, or to exercise any privacy right described above can be sent to the contact below.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
