Terms of Service

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Service Description

Tradar provides AI-powered market intelligence and news aggregation for traders. We collect, classify, and deliver market-moving news events with impact scoring. Tradar is an informational tool — not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Tradar constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such. Tradar does not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Trading decisions are yours alone. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not indicative of future results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information; (b) maintain the security of your account; (c) not use the service for any illegal purpose; (d) not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data; (e) not share your account with others.

4. Subscription and Billing

Tradar offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Founding Trader). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pro plan refunds: we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first Pro subscription payment. Email support@trytradar.com within 30 days of your initial charge for a full refund.

Founding Trader refunds: the Founding Trader plan is a limited-availability lifetime-locked rate (200 spots, $15/mo locked). Because of its locked-rate guarantee and limited availability, Founding Trader subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we will retry per Stripe's default schedule. Persistent failure will downgrade your account to the free tier; access can be restored by adding a working payment method.

5. Data Accuracy

We aggregate data from official government sources, wire services, and other providers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any information. Market data may be delayed. AI classifications may contain errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Operating Entity

Tradar is operated by Integrity Sales Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Tradar shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
